    Well, as you'll discover if you look carefully at the attached photograph, it is because the restaurant is located in a part of the shopping centre, at 1st & 2nd floor levels (British English), which has been built out over the road and supported on columns or stilts. Confuscious say a picture is worth a thousand words.

    I like how it's got entire office buildings within its boundary, and a T-junction on the northern edge rather than a proper roundabout entrance/exit... it's surely a gyratory at this point? And has anyone figured just how far you'd have to drive in order to use this to head back the way you came if you realised you were going the wrong way up the M4?
